Introduction

By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using the House of Mira website, you

agree to the following terms and conditions.


Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be

deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will forfeit the deposit.

• In rare circumstances, House of Mira may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify

you promptly and offer the nearest available alternative.


Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid impacting other

bookings.


Consultations & Contraindications

All new clients are required to attend a consultation before certain treatments.

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is unsafe, unsuitable, or

medically contraindicated.


Aftercare

You will receive full aftercare instructions following your treatment. It is your responsibility to

follow this advice to achieve the best possible results.


Gift Vouchers & Promotions

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date.

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or vouchers.


Liability

While every effort is made to ensure your safety and satisfaction, House of Mira and its practitioners cannot accept responsibility for adverse reactions or outcomes where pre- or post- treatment instructions were not followed, or relevant medical information was withheld.


Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
